The ability for child users to search & browse products the way parents currently can.

Parents would be able to enable/disable this functionality in profile settings for specific children in their family.

Child would be able to buy any item they found in search/browse since only child-friendly items would be displayed.

Parent would have final say over approving the purchase, so if child bought something objectionable, the parent could simply cancel the order.
